## Job description

MWDN is a global IT outstaffing company with 23+ years of experience that connects exceptional tech talent with leading companies across Israel, the USA, Great Britain, and Western Europe. We offer opportunities to work on international products in a stable and professional environment.

### Why does MWDN rock?

### Here’s what you can expect when you join MWDN:

- Security: We carefully vet our clients to minimize risks and ensure reliability and timely payments-no fraud or unpleasant surprises.

- Career support: If a project isn’t the right fit, we support you and actively help find new opportunities that match your skills and career goals.

- Legal assistance: We provide guidance on legal matters, including opening and managing your independent contractor or sole proprietorship status, taxes, and related processes.

- Professional development: We offer English courses and professional growth opportunities, as well as team-building events.

Why choose us? MWDN is ranked among the top 5 IT employers in our region according to DOU. We take pride in our transparency and strong commitment to our team. Curious to learn more? See what our employees say about working with us on DOU.

### What is your new project?

### Domain: Media and Entertainment

### Location: Israel

### Company size: 11-50 employees

### Founded in: 2024

### What makes this project exciting?

Our new client is something really innovative! This Israel-based startup is building a mobile-first app for micro dramas - a short, scripted series made for smartphones. Think of it as TikTok with short episodes lasting 1 to 1.5 minutes.

The project already has strong support from an investor who believes in its massive potential. As it is still in the early development stage, this job is your chance to be part of a unique entertainment product. Are you ready to work on something fresh and impactful? Check out the opportunity below!

### What makes you a great fit

- Experience in AI video/contend creation or film, video production, or digital storytelling combined with AI tools

- Strong experience with generative AI tools for content creation, including:

- AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika or similar)

- AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or similar)

- Audio or sound generation tools

- Proven ability to produce finished AI video content

- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual structure

- Ability to work independently without step-by-step instructions

- Experience delivering complete AI-driven creative projects

- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

### Portfolio with relevant work (required):

- Strong personal creative projects using AI tools

- 1-5 minute AI video or experimental film in portfolio

- Instagram profile with updated videos

- Explanation of what was your responsibility in the video creation

### Nice to have

- Premiere Pro knowledge and experience

- Experience with AI audio/music tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Udio, Suno)

- Background in film production, advertising, media, or digital content creation

- A "hacker" mentality - someone who loves testing new tools the day they drop.

### Your day-to-day in this position

- Create AI-generated video scenes and sequences (including projects up to 5+ minutes)

- Translate scripts into visual content using generative AI tools

- Combine image, video, and sound generation into coherent scenes

- Develop visual storytelling based on creative direction

- Work independently on assigned creative tasks

- Contribute to improving AI production workflows

- Collaborate with senior creative leads and follow production standards

### Why work with us?

- People-first management with minimal bureaucracy

- A friendly company culture, proven by employees who choose to return

- Flexible working hours

- 29 days of PTO (18 working days per year pluse all national holidays)

- 10 paid recovery days

- Full financial and legal support for independent contractors

- Free English classes, with native speakers or Ukrainian teachers

- Dedicated HR support

### Our next steps

✅ Intro call with a Recruiter — ✅ Home task — ✅ Technical interview — ✅ Offer

**Live in Mwdn’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
