## Job description

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst who is passionate about strategy in the tech space. The Business Analyst will support Gett's business strategy and data-driven decision-making in the core market. Proactively guide business growth , quality, and marketplace efficiency using data analytics and business acumen.

### Core mission:

To drive Gett's business growth and operational excellence in the core market by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic thinking. This involves optimizing marketplace performance, developing monetization strategies, providing market intelligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful solutions. The Business Analyst will be a key contributor to data-informed decision-making, ensuring Gett's competitive edge and sustainable success within the dynamic tech landscape.

### Responsibilities:

- Idntify and solve business problems using analytical skills and business judgment

- Responsible for managing and creating Tableau dashboards and driving data accessibility across teams

- Develop monetization plans by changing and maximizing market behavior

- Optimize the marketplace for optimal performance and growth

- Lead strategic projects with senior management and internal units to improve operations

- Pricing structures, products, and more

- Set driver acquisition targets for the Supply and operations teams

- Provide local market intelligence

- Enable data-driven decision-making and business performance tracking

- Support daily operations with data and business insights.

### Requirements

- 1+ years of experience as a Business/ Data/ Product Analyst or similar

- Experience in complex operations - a must

- Degree in statistics, economics, or similar -a must

- Master abilities in SQL - a must

- Experience with AI tools

- Experience with Python- an advantage

- Experience with data visualization in Tableau - a must

- Fluent in English & Hebrew - a must

- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

- Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated and independent
