### Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit, with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities.

- Lead and coordinate daily work with carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.

- Serve as the central point of contact between procurement, suppliers, warehouse, installation teams, customer service, and external partners.

- Plan, implement, and continuously optimize logistics and technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.

- Develop and manage structured work procedures, KPIs, and control reports to meet operational and business targets.

- Manage distribution and delivery operations to end customers, including scheduling, prioritization, and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices across all logistics activities.

- Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for inventory management, order processing, warehouse operations, and reporting.

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and transportation providers to improve service quality and efficiency.

- Lead and manage the internal installation team.

### Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain processes.

- Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.

- Strong people-management background, including team leadership, development, and performance management.

- Experience using KPIs, data analysis, and forecasting to drive operational decisions.

- Advanced experience working with ERP systems (Oracle – advantage).

- Proven ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead cost-saving initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external partners.

- In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

### Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)

- Experience in the solar or energy industry.

- Technical background or knowledge in electricity.

- Experience working with B2C customers or account management.

- Work is based in Israel and focused on the Israeli market.
