About the role: Lumafield is seeking a Customer Solutions Delivery Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of technical solutions that combine both hardware and software to solve manufacturing and engineering challenges. In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of solutions that require coordination across multiple teams. These solutions may range in complexity from multi-week projects to larger programs that entail delivery of multiple solutions across a customer’s organization and/or product lines. This role requires strong communication skills as you'll interface with executives, engineering teams, and technical staff both internally at Lumafield and across our customer base. This role will work with the Head of Customer Success to build processes for scaling our delivery and management of complex customer engagements while maintaining the highest levels of quality and professionalism.
