### Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Customer Engineering, the Technical Program Manager (TPM) is the operational engine of our customer engagements. This is not a standard project management role; it requires a process-oriented leader who can create order out of the "chaos" of multiple simultaneous threads. You will navigate the internal development cycles of Hyperscalers and other Tier-1 customers to ensure our silicon and software are integrated at scale, from concept to production.

### Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Operational Orchestration: Create order and clear processes out of complex, competing technical threads to ensure customer program success.

- Hyperscale Alignment: Act as the internal expert on Hyperscaler development cycles, ensuring Xsight’s delivery aligns with customer-specific processes and milestones.

- Program Lifecycle Leadership: Manage customer projects through the entire lifecycle—from initial concept and implementation to production and massivescale deployment.

- Cross-Functional Advocacy: Balance the "Voice of the Customer" with Xsight's internal resource needs, collaborating with PLM, Sales, and R&D to resolve issues.

- High-Velocity Execution: Drive technical progress at an extreme velocity, managing multiple customer projects with often conflicting priorities.

- Executive Presence: Represent Xsight in high-stakes technical meetings, using strong influence and communication skills to drive alignment across global teams.

### Requirements

### Qualifications

- Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Industry Experience: 10+ years in the semiconductor or networking market (15+ years preferred), with deep knowledge of cloud architectures and hyperscale internal workings.

- Strong understanding of data-center networking, DPU/SmartNIC trends, including specific experience with programmable architectures.

- Solid knowledge of fundamental technologies such as Ethernet networking, storage, and data center infrastructure and specifically in the semiconductor market.

- Familiarity with high-performance data center technologies including RDMA, DPDK, SPDK, NVMe, Cloud Native, Linux, SONiC, DASH and P4.

- Velocity & Agility: Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-velocity startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

- Interpersonal Leadership: People-oriented with an executive presence and a demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority.

- Direct customer interaction experience, face-to-face and remote. • Customer service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills, including fluency in English (written and verbal) and good listening skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Xsight is a collaborative teamoriented environment. Regardless of level, everyone at Xsight is an individual contributor that contributes to the greater success of the company.

- Ability to travel globally is required.

- Direct experience managing programs for major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Oracle) is a preferred diLerentiator.
