The Data Center Operations Security Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the physical security program across one or more data-center campuses. This role ensures the protection of personnel, critical infrastructure, customer assets, and information by establishing standardized security policies, operational procedures, compliance controls, and risk-management frameworks aligned with industry standards and operational best practices. The Security Program Manager partners closely with Operations, Facilities, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external security vendors to maintain a secure, resilient, and audit-ready environment without compromising uptime or operational efficiency. The Data Center Operations Security Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the physical security program across one or more data-center campuses.
