In return, you’ll experience extraordinary growth, meaningful impact from day one, and a career trajectory far steeper than you thought possible. ### ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own the data foundations behind decision-making across Aries and our portfolio companies - the models, pipelines and dashboards that operators, founders and our investment team rely on every day. ### RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the data stack. Design, build and run pipelines and models in dbt and Snowflake that are fast, tested and trusted. - Turn data into decisions. Build the dashboards, portfolio reporting and analyses leadership and operators use to run the business. - Onboard new companies. Bring each acquisition's data into the group platform quickly and cleanly. - Make data AI-ready. Set the standards for quality and documentation that our AI products and automations build on. ### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Analytical foundations. A strong analytical foundation built through experience in start-ups, investment banking, PE/VC, strategy, or management consulting - environments that demand rigorous thinking, structured problem-solving, and rapid synthesis of information. - Hands-on data skills. Strong SQL and experience with a modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake or similar). Python is a plus. - Action bias. You thrive in ambiguity, form clear mental models quickly, take ownership instinctively, and enjoy diving deep into unfamiliar software categories. You operate with autonomy, intensity, and a strong internal drive. - Communication & reasoning clarity.
