Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to serve as a cornerstone of our operational leadership within the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will partner with the Program Manager to drive contract execution and ensure that our technical teams deliver exceptional results in high-stakes environments. You will be responsible for the day-to-day "pulse" of the program—from strategic resource allocation and project scheduling to lead-level technology management. If you are a disciplined leader who thrives on building efficient, inclusive, and mission-ready teams, your work here will have a direct impact on national security and technological innovation.

The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
