We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Architect with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security to own the architecture of our platform and lead the evolution of our DevOps practices. ### Key Responsibilities: - Own the architecture of our cloud infrastructure, designing scalable, highly available, and secure environments for our SaaS platform and backend services. - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both cloud services and endpoint agents across Windows and Linux. - Define and drive Infrastructure as Code standards and best practices across R&D. - Lead the design and operation of containerized workloads on Kubernetes in production. - Build and improve observability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes. - Embed security and compliance into our infrastructure and delivery processes (DevSecOps). - Optimize cloud cost, performance, and reliability as the platform scales. - Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, research, and IT teams, and serve as a point of escalation for complex infrastructure challenges. - Continuously evaluate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to keep Morphisec at the forefront of innovation. ### Requirements - 6+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, including at least 2 years in an architecture role. - Extensive hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS and/or Azure), including networking, IAM, and security services. - Strong production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. - Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform. - Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. - Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell. - Experience making critical technical decisions to balance business requirements, feasibility, and scalability. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. ### Advantages - Experience in a cybersecurity company or with security products. - Experience building and signing Windows applications or drivers within CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments. - Hands-on experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits. - Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or CKA. **Live in Morphisec’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.
