ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our first Director, Forward Deployed Engineering at Regal, you'll grow and lead our Forward Deployed Engineering function, the team responsible for turning our AI Agents into measurable business outcomes for our customers. You'll set the standard for what a high-quality, fast, scalable deployment looks like.

This is a role for a leader who operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You're just as comfortable in the technical weeds as you are in an executive briefing. You'll partner at the leadership level with Product, AI, and Customer Success to turn field learnings into better products, sharper implementation playbooks, and new avenues for growth. You'll own how Regal delivers value to customers and how we scale that impact company-wide.

If you're a commercially-minded builder who's led teams through a fast-moving territory and wants to operate at the forefront of AI, this is a chance to define how the next generation of AI-powered customer experiences gets built and deployed.

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:

This position is only available in New York City (HQ- Midtown). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
