You’ll directly manage the team leads and own the area’s technical direction, execution, and operational performance with the opportunity to shape both the systems we build and how our teams work as we scale. This role is approximately 70% management and 30% hands-on technical work. To succeed at Triple Whale, you need to understand the details deeply: how systems work, where data comes from, why decisions were made, and what is blocking progress. You should be comfortable moving from a leadership discussion into code, data flows, or a production investigation. Staying close to the code and production systems will give you a deep understanding of their intricacies, dependencies, and trade-offs, grounding your leadership in firsthand technical knowledge.
