### About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and supporting day-to-day financial operations in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Track customer and supplier balances and follow up on outstanding items.

- Prepare reports and analyze financial data using Excel.

- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams in English via email.

- Support month-end closing activities.

- Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy.

- Assist with various finance and operational projects as needed.

### Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

- Good written English with the ability to communicate professionally by email.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.

- Previous experience in finance or accounting is an advantage, but not required.
