## Job description

### ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding product manager role at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building software and AI tools for the trades industry. You will own product direction end-to-end, working directly alongside engineering to ship fast and shape how product work scales at the company. It is a high-ownership, hands-on role with real influence over what gets built and why.

### WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the full product lifecycle, from understanding user problems to shipping solutions.

- Translate company goals into clear product priorities, bets, and tradeoffs.

- Work closely with engineering to scope, design, and ship features quickly.

- Make product decisions with incomplete information and course-correct as needed.

- Develop a deep understanding of users, their workflows, and real-world constraints.

- Bring clarity to the team on what is being built, why, and what done looks like.

- Help define and shape how product work scales as the company grows.

- Operate in a fast, low-ceremony environment with direct feedback and no management layers.

### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Genuine product management background with end-to-end product ownership experience at early-stage startups (pre-Series B).

- Native or C1-level German proficiency (spoken and written), as the product and many partners operate in German.

- Fluent English for internal communication.

- AI-native mindset with hands-on experience applying AI tools and AI-first product patterns.

- Strong technical understanding and experience scoping and shipping features directly with engineers.

- Sharp product taste with close attention to UX and product details.

- High agency: you take ownership, push things forward, and do not wait for permission.

- Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and correcting course quickly.

- Able to work on-site daily in Berlin.

- Side projects or independently built products are a strong plus.

### COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 EUR annually.

- Visa sponsorship: Not available.

### LOCATION

On-site, five days a week in Berlin-Mitte, Germany.
