You are a strong engineer on both the back end and the front end, with 4+ years of hands-on experience. You take real ownership (a "big head" - you see the whole problem, not just your ticket), and you move fast: you pick things up, unblock yourself, ship, and iterate. ### What do we do? Creativity, professionalism, curiosity, motivation, and friendship are the driving forces behind our journey, and we take great pride in the people of Elementor who lead the company's constant scaling. ### Responsibilities ### Responsibilities - Design, develop, and ship features across the full stack of our system, from requirements to production. - Build back-end services, APIs, and data models using Node.js and Python that are reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain. - Develop and customize WordPress solutions (PHP). - Build clean, responsive front-end interfaces and user flows. - Integrate the system with internal and external services and APIs. - Manage and work with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and databases. - Ensure code quality through version control, code reviews, automated testing, and clear documentation. - Take ownership and move fast: proactively find problems and opportunities, make pragmatic decisions, and deliver without waiting to be told what is next. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, Product, R&D) to turn needs into working technical solutions. - Provide technical mentorship to other developers. - Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices. ### Requirements ### Requirements ### Must-haves - 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, strong in both back end and front end. - Strong front-end skills: React and JavaScript (ES6+), plus HTML and CSS. - Strong back-end skills: Node.js and Python, REST API design, and building production-grade services. - Proven experience with WordPress development and customization (PHP). - Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including data modeling and query optimization. - Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform. - Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, code reviews, and automated testing. - High ownership and a proactive mindset: a track record of taking projects from idea to successful completion with minimal guidance. - Fast, hands-on execution: learns quickly, prioritizes well, and delivers in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in agile development methodologies (sprints). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. ### Nice to have - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes. - Experience with TypeScript. - Experience integrating with CRM or helpdesk platforms (e.g., Kustomer). - Experience mentoring junior developers. **Live in Elementor’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.
