# Global Customer Operations Specialist

## Job description

The role involves providing top customer service, managing export logistic logistical processes, handling orders from the quotation stage to actual shipment.

### What will your day look like at Netafim?

- Direct management of activities with the company's global customers.

- Addressing all customer needs and inquiries.

- Handling sales and export documents from the quotation stage to shipment execution.

- Managing the shipping process with internal and external partners.

- Gathering data, analyzing reports, and collaborating with various internal and external interfaces.

### Requirements:

- Experience in export logistics and account management - Mandatory.

- Experience working with global customers - Mandatory.

- Proficiency in Outlook, Office, Excel - Mandatory.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or another academic field - Advantage.

- Familiarity with SAP system - Advantage.

- High customer service orientation and ability to work independently.

- Experience handling multiple interfaces and meeting deadlines.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to details.

- High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
