We are looking for the Head of Content Quality Operations is responsible for ensuring the availability, quality, and safety of content across the platform, enabling sustainable business growth while maintaining an excellent customer experience. The role oversees the full content quality lifecycle—from content sufficiency and profile moderation to client protection and operational excellence—ensuring that departmental KPIs directly support the company's strategic and commercial objectives. ### Your main tasks will be: - Lead and develop the Content Quality Operations department, including Content Sufficiency, Profile Moderation, Client Protection, and Quality Compliance teams. - Ensure sufficient volume and high quality of content across all markets. - Drive continuous improvements in content quality, moderation accuracy, and customer protection processes. - Own departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve operational and business results. - Optimize processes, increase automation, and improve operational efficiency. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align Content Quality Operations with company objectives. - Develop managers and build a high-performing, accountable team culture. ### What do we offer: - REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; - The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment; - Vacation 28 calendar days per year; - 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; - Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; - 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; - Corporate discount for English lessons; - ​Health benefits.
