As part of trivago, trIC - trivago Innovation Centerintegration between our local operations and trivago's global organization.

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and hands-on HR Operations & Integration Specialist to support the implementation of global HR processes, policies, and initiatives across our organization.

Working closely with the local HR leader and Trivago's global Talent & Culture teams, you will play a key role in coordinating HR operations, supporting compliance activities, facilitating learning initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of organizational processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, processes, and systems, takes ownership, and can drive things forward in a dynamic, international environment.

### Requirements

### What You'll Need to Thrive

- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR project coordination, or a similar role in an international organization.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, and deadlines effectively.

• Hands-on experience with HR information systems and digital tools;
Experience with Workday is an advantage.

- Experience coordinating HR compliance activities, training programs, or cross-functional organizational initiatives.

- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive tasks to completion.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and global stakeholders.

- Fluent in Hebrew and English, with the confidence to navigate diverse cultural contexts and communicate across entities and seniority levels.
