# HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

## Job description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This role is focused primarily on recruitment activities (approximately 80% of the role), alongside additional HR-related responsibilities.

### Talent Acquisition

- Support recruitment processes for technical and business positions, primarily in Israel and the US

- Open and publish job postings across relevant platforms

- Conduct proactive sourcing activities through LinkedIn and additional channels

- Screen and review resumes

- Conduct HR phone interviews

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

- Conduct reference checks

- Maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring trackers

### Additional Responsibilities

- Support employee experience and welfare initiatives

- Manage intern placements and relationships through internship programs and partnerships

- Support the company’s employer branding and social media activities

- Take part in onboarding processes for new employees

### Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in technological recruitment, preferably from a recruitment/staffing agency or an in-house tech environment

- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates for technical roles

- Experience conducting HR interviews

- Experience working with recruitment systems such as Spark Hire (Comeet)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent English and Hebrew

### Nice to Have

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems

- Experience in employee experience and welfare initiatives

- Experience working in a startup environment
