## Job description

1.Provide support to sales team for business development/operation and in connection with customer inquiries.

2.Work with sales team to achieve sales budget, involve indoor sales function/activities.

3.Prepare commercial reports as assigned by the management.

4.Quickly resolve customers' issues via email or WeChat, providing good solutions.

5.Coordinate with various departments to achieve company's goals.

### Requirements

1. College diploma or above. Related working experience as sales support in carriers or forwarders is preferrable.

2.CET-4 or CET-6.Good English level in spoken and writing. Good communication skill with customers.

3.Must have very good Microsoft Excel&PPT skills.

4.Willing to work under pressure.

5.Proactive and aggressive.
