## Job description

We're looking for a Junior Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team in Tel Aviv.

### What You’ll Do:

- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the advertisers on a day-to-day aspect as well as providing strategic planning for their growth

- Manage campaigns, analyze, and optimize performance to meet ROI goals

- Analyze data from multiple platforms for decision making

- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Publisher Relations, Sales, Business Development, Technical Operations, Finance, and Product to drive shared goals.

- Build tailored strategies for each client in order to maximize their monthly budgets

- Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding and deepening both new and existing advertising relationships - bringing a sales-oriented mindset to every client interaction

What will I bring?

- Strong communication skills

- Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks, on time and on target

- Strong attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data

- Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking - Must

- Strong analytical mindset -comfortable working with big data and Excel to draw meaningful conclusions – Must

- Strong team player with a can-do attitude - able to collaborate effectively, take initiative, and motivate those around you to deliver results - Must

- High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach

- Ability to meet targets and deadlines – goal oriented
