Deliver world-class performance, reliability, and innovation for clients in banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom, and financial services — supporting millions of users worldwide.

- Collaborate with various teams to ensure data solutions meet technical and business requirements.

- Support data governance and maintain high standards for data quality and integrity.

- Contribute to project completion and transition into business-as-usual operations as needed.

### Required Skills & Competencies

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science

- No professional experience needed

- Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, or Python/scripting

- Good communication skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset

- Passion for technology and embracing challenges

- Ability to write and speak in English

### Nice to have

- Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms

- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake

- Knowledge of data transformation tools (e.g., DBT)

### We offer:

- Health Insurance extendable to the family

- Crosser Assistance Program (Psychology, Psychosocial, Financial, Legal, and Nutrition consultations)

- A well-structured Individual Development Plan (IDP)

- Career Plan transversal to the entire company

- Monthly gym subscription

- Team-building events

Ready to join a company where performance meets purpose?
Apply now and become part of our international growth story.

**Live in Crossjoin Solutions’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
