## Job description

### OUR MISSION IS TO ENABLE EVERYONE TO BUILD WEALTH

We reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love. Fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity is the key to our success. Тoday, we serve over 6 million clients, with more than €38 billion in assets under management — a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.

### THE ROLE

You'll lead several related product areas, or one of unusual regulatory weight, and own the big launches yourself. It is a hands-on role, not a management layer: you ship, and you make the product managers around you better. We're hiring across trading and execution (order routing, settlement, corporate actions), tax-efficient investing and pensions (ISAs, SIPPs and German pension accounts), crypto, and client accounts and payments (onboarding, client money, cards and FX).

### WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set direction and priorities across your areas, from client needs, product data and commercial goals

- Read the regulation, the API documentation and the operational process yourself, and form the position before Legal and Compliance review it

- Write the spec for the launches you lead, detailed enough to build and test from

- Carry decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations

- Take products through testing and launch, then run them

- Review other product managers' research, decisions and specs, and help hire

### WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

- A complex product you shipped yourself and can walk through in detail, including where it broke: a rounding rule, a time zone, a position you argued, an API that changed under you

- Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow a data flow and reason about system behaviour with engineers

- Your own numbers: you query the data yourself and can explain every figure you quote

- Regular use of AI in product work, checked against documentation, data and other primary sources

- Product decisions across related areas, and product managers who got better because you reviewed their work

### WHAT WE OFFER:

- Areas that are yours, including their legal position, with more engineering capacity than most product teams get

- A co-founder in your interview loop and in your work

- Challenges that will help you grow and realize your potential fast

- Opportunity to make a significant impact —you will build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth

- Work with smart, spirited, helpful, high-performing colleagues with a common goal

- An environment where nothing is set in stone

- Appreciation for your talent and ideas

- Generous remuneration package

Bring your ambition to Europe’s fastest-growing mobile broker!

**Live in the employer’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
