## Job description

### #Hybrid

DriveNets is a leader in high-scale disaggregated networking solutions. Founded in 2015, DriveNets modernizes the way service providers, cloud providers, and hyperscalers build networks. Supporting the largest network in the world, more than half of AT&T's backbone traffic is running on DriveNets' Network Cloud open disaggregated architecture. Raising $587 million in three funding rounds, DriveNets is disrupting the networking market from high-scale architecture to AI platforms, and is bringing onboard the most talented people. We are seeking people that want to make an impact on the world's leading communication networks and are experienced in networking architecture or AI infrastructure solutions.

### About the Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling our global logistics operations. This position combines hands-on operational execution with continuous process improvement, working closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners around the world.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage logistics transactions and shipping orders in the company's ERP system.

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.

- Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers and manufacturing partners.

- Proactively identify and resolve transportation and logistics issues.

- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and data integrity.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and external partners.

- Support logistics process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Help scale logistics operations to support the company's rapid growth

### Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

- Experience working with ERP systems.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

### Advantages

- Experience with NetSuite.

- Experience managing international shipments and working with freight forwarders.

- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs processes.

- Experience in a high-growth technology company.

- Academic degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Live in Drivenets’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
