Looking for your next challenge as a Migration Technical Architect (PLM)? We may have the right opportunity for you.

At B3, we start with people and their experience. We match projects to your skills and professional growth path. Our consultants work across a wide range of industries and technologies, delivering IT projects both in Poland and internationally. This allows you to build your career in a deliberate way - not by chance.

We are part of an international organization listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating in 11 countries. In Poland, we operate with full autonomy. We choose our technologies, processes, and ways of working while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Join us today.

### Role areas:

- Customer workshops and pursuit support - Running discovery workshops and assessing source-system landscapes, estimating effort, resource requirements and timelines, preparing technical proposals and ROM estimates, demonstrations and PoCs

- Governance and migration team leadership - Defining migration tooling, automation and governance processes, reviewing solution designs against quality standards, guiding technical consultants and migration teams during implementation, and developing migration assets and accelerators

### What you need to join us:

### Must have:

- Experience in designing data migration architecture and strategy, as well as integration architecture

- Experience in Teamcenter / PLM migration projects, including data mapping, profiling, transformation and validation

- Knowledge of migration tooling and automation, as well as project delivery methodology and quality management

- Experience in facilitating customer workshops, solution estimation and technical proposal development, as well as stakeholder management, including executive communication

- Very good command of English and citizenship of an EU member state

- Right to work in Poland (citizenship, residence permit, visa, etc.)

### Nice to have:

- Teamcenter migration experience gained within the software vendor's organization

- Experience supporting presales activities: demonstrations, PoCs, proposal preparation

- Experience in leading or mentoring teams of technical consultants

**Live in B3consultingpoland’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
