## Job description

Datarails is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager & HR Generalist to join our Tel Aviv team. In this dual-impact role, you will be the cornerstone of our daily office operations while supporting core People processes, recruitment, and onboarding.

### Key Responsibilities

### Workplace Experience & Operations

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, facilities and inventory.

- Provide operational and logistical support for company events, holiday celebrations, and offsites in collaboration with the Employee Experience Manager.

- Maintain a welcoming, vibrant, and efficient office environment for local employees and global visitors.

- Assist with recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and initial resume screening.

- Drive end-to-end Onboarding and Offboarding processes for a smooth employee lifecycle.

- Act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding workplace policies and benefits.

### Requirements

- Previous experience as an Office Manager, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist in a tech/startup environment is an advantage (prior experience in the role is not required).

- Fluency in Hebrew and professional full proficiency in English (written and verbal).

- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and high emotional intelligence.

- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.

- Tech-savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office (Excel), Canva and AI tools.

- B.A. in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Business Administration is an advantage.
