In this role, you'll work across product, marketing, finance, and technology teams to identify opportunities, translate complex needs into actionable solutions, and drive impactful initiatives. You'll work with talented people, influence meaningful decisions, and help build products used by thousands of customers. ### Your Day-to-Day - Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. - Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable recommendations. - Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and additional stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives. - Support the design, implementation, and rollout of new products, features, and internal processes. - Build business cases, define KPIs, and measure impact of initiatives. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities. - Design and build views and aggregation layers in the data warehouse to support reliable, performant, and self-serve analytics. - Develop and maintain semantic layer definitions – including metrics, dimensions, and business logic – to ensure consistent reporting across teams. - Create and optimize aggregations and summary tables to enable fast, scalable analysis across large datasets. - Create documentation, process flows, and presentations for stakeholders and management. ### Requirements - 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst or a related role. - Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complexity into clarity. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. - Strong SQL skills, including the ability to design views, CTEs, and complex aggregations – required. - Hands-on experience building or working with a semantic layer (e.g., dbt metrics, Looker LookML, Cube, or similar) – advantage. - Familiarity with data modeling concepts – star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables, aggregation strategies – advantage. - Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or regulated environments – significant advantage. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ### You'll thrive here if you: - Enjoy solving complex problems. - Are proactive and take ownership. - Can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. - Feel comfortable in fast-changing environments. - Want to shape the future of banking. **Live in Onezerobank’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.
