## Job description

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, and people‑first banking.

As our platform grows and our services expand, we are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team at ONE ZERO.

The ideal candidate is a strategic professional with a strong passion for financial excellence in the digital banking sector. As a key member of our team, you will oversee critical financial activities, implement robust financial controls, and ensure accurate reporting within our innovative, AI‑driven banking environment.

### Your Day-to-Day

- Prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports.

- Compile monthly reports for management and the Board of Directors, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and capital adequacy ratios.

- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to the Bank of Israel in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.

- Enforce financial reporting controls to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold data accuracy.

- Prepare the bank's annual tax report.

### Requirements

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - must.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or related fields.

- Experience preparing financial statements and managing financial reporting processes.

- Experience in the banking industry or working with financial institutions – an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- High level of English, both written and verbal.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

### Advantages

- Strong knowledge of ERP, with a preference for Oracle and SAP.

- Knowledge and experience in preparing disclosures on "Credit to the public".
