## Job description

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

### Job description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

### Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end accounting processes from transaction recording through month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Accounts Payable processing (invoices, payments and reconciliations).

- Accounts Receivable processing (invoices, collections and reconciliations).

- Process journal entries and maintain documentation for credit cards and expense management platforms (e.g., Mesh)

- Review and record employee travel and expense reimbursements

- Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax filings

- Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities.

- Collaborate closely with other members of the Finance team to support accounting operations across multiple entities.

### Requirements

- Certified Bookkeeper

- Experience with NetSuite – mandatory

- At least 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in the high-tech industry preferred)

- Good level of English

- Hands-on approach

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
