## Job description

Product Designer
Company: SBC Performance
Location: Kyiv, UA
Type: FULL_TIME

SBC Performance drives scalable growth for brands ready to expand globally.

Working across eCommerce, health & wellness, education, and entertainment, our team helps brands acquire customers faster and scale across 26+ global markets. We combine data-driven paid media, performance creative, and advanced analytics to turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.

Trusted by 200+ companies, managing $150M+ in ad spend.

Scale faster. Grow smarter.

Right now, we're looking for a Product Designer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable AdTech and AI-powered platform.

The team works autonomously and close to the business, covering the full cycle: researching the problem, forming hypotheses, launching, analysing results and evolving the product.

### What you'll do

- Design and evolve our product (HRM, SaaS), internal systems and enterprise interfaces

- Independently dig into product and business problems

- Map out user flows, information architecture and complex interfaces

- Formulate and validate product hypotheses

- Create design concepts and deliver final, production-ready UI mockups

- Work with our design system and evolve existing components and patterns

- Account for different user roles, states, edge cases and system constraints

- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, engineers and business stakeholders

- Support design implementation and ensure product quality through later stages

- Use AI tools and agents (Codex, Claude, Kimi, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, design and prototyping

### What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in product design

- A portfolio of real, launched products we can see

- Experience designing UI for SaaS, internal systems, admin panels or other complex interfaces

- Autonomy: you're comfortable making design decisions without constant supervision

- Ability to work fast and prioritise effectively

- Experience forming product hypotheses and working with analytics

- Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, components and Variables are a must

- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility and common web patterns

- Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work

### Nice to have

- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development, and/or experience collaborating closely with developers

- Experience running Design QA

- Experience building design systems with Variables and atomic design principles

- Experience with HRM/ATS or other HR Tech products

- Experience with AI coding agents and generating interactive prototypes

### What We Offer

- Hybrid job in Prague/Warsaw or remote
- Competitive compensation
- Flexible working hours: we start our operation day between 9:00 — 11:00 CET
- All necessary equipment
- Paid vacation and sick leaves
- Educational support: reimbursement of certification, training, and a knowledge-sharing atmosphere
- Company events and multiple internal activities
- Open feedback and transparent direct communication

**Live in SBC Performance’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
