Your role will be to define solutions that elevate the guest booking experience across Agoda's products. ### What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda: As a product designer at Agoda, you'll collaborate with a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together, you'll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders. ### Role in the CEG Team: The Customer Experience Group (CEG) Consumer team designs self-service tools that help customers resolve booking issues. You'll shape how customers solve problems reducing friction and frustration.
