## Job description

The TransPerfect TechOps team has been a vital part of the company’s success since its formation over 10 years ago – delivering technology and services that have drastically simplified the lives of our clients and colleagues – from workflow improvements for colleagues to core services that form the basis of the company’s GlobalLink platform, to creating scalable client interfaces that allow novice users to navigate complex ecosystems.

### About the role:

We're seeking a Content Designer with copywriting experience to join our Experience Design Team. In this role, you'll blend marketing expertise with UX writing skills to create compelling content across all digital touchpoints, from product to marketing copy.

### What you will do:

### Content Creation, Copywriting, & Strategy

- Write clear, engaging content for digital products and marketing materials

- Write effective micro-copy for product interfaces ensuring consistency on the different user flows and adapting the tone when needed

- Develop and maintain content style guides and guidelines

- Design and write persuasive copy for campaigns, case studies, and sales materials

### Optimization & Research

- Use data and user feedback to improve content performance

- Conduct content audits and implement improvements

- Participate in user research to understand content effectiveness

- Apply SEO best practices and content optimization techniques

### Collaboration

- Work closely with design and product teams throughout project lifecycles

- Partner with other roles (consulting, marketing,...) and stakeholders to develop effective content and materials

- Lead content workshops and training sessions

- Ensure consistent user experience across all platforms
