## Job description

Our software flies drones in combat - not in demos, not in simulations, but in the field, every day.

AITAN builds the operating system for multi-drone warfare: one platform that lets a single operator command an entire fleet in real time.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product definition and development across hardware, software, and user experience.

### What You'll Do

- Own the product definition and roadmap for a team focused on integration and expansion of capabilities within a universal drone control and flight management platform

- Translate complex operational and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and execution plans

- Drive structure and alignment by defining priorities, breaking down features into epics and actionable tasks and ensuring end-to-end delivery

- Work closely with engineering, algorithms and flight control teams across software and system-level development

- Engage directly with customers in Israel and globally to shape both near-term delivery and future product direction

### Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading complex, technology-driven products

- Strong analytical mindset, structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to define direction, set priorities and drive execution

- Proven experience collaborating closely with R&D and operation teams on technical and system-level products

- Experience or familiarity with drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and flight control or software-intensive systems - advantage

**Live in Aitan’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
