Our new client is something really innovative! This Israel-based startup is building a mobile-first app for micro dramas - a short, scripted series made for smartphones. Think of it as TikTok with short episodes lasting 1 to 1.5 minutes.

### What makes you a great fit

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role

- Experience taking products or features from idea to launch

- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, and development processes

- Ability to translate business and user problems into clear product requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with product metrics and making data-informed decisions

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work effectively with designers

- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions in an environment with ambiguity

- Fluent English

### Your day-to-day in this position

- Own product initiatives from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration

- Identify user problems and translate them into clear product opportunities

- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify behavioral patterns

- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation

- Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility

- Work closely with designers and engineers throughout the product development cycle

- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to connect product development with acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention

- Define success metrics and analyze product performance after launch

- Use data, experiments, and user feedback to validate product decisions

- Plan and evaluate A/B tests and other product experiments

- Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the user experience and business results

- Communicate product vision, priorities, and decisions clearly across teams
