## Job description

We are looking for a passionate and technical Product Manager to join our platform product team. In this role, you will help build new platform capabilities, both customer- and field-facing, across Silverfort's offering. You'll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to write requirements, guide implementation, set timelines, and track the outcomes of product releases. ### Responsibilities

- Drive product development from design to launch, including new features and improvements

- Partner with R&D to build, release, and measure standout product offerings

- Work with stakeholders in Sales, Success, Strategy, and more, to shape how the platform for a flagship product is built

- Set the product vision and own the roadmap for your platform area, addressing both customer-facing and field-facing needs

- Conduct research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities in the cybersecurity market

### Requirements

- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B products

- Experience and passion for creating meaningful product UX and user journeys

- A strong sense of ownership and commitment to build a product from idea to launch in agile environments, with great execution skills

- Strong technical skills, networking knowledge, or enterprise IT experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hebrew and English), with strong attention to detail and a pixel-perfect approach

- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, documentation, and product decisions

- Ability to multitask and manage projects across multiple departments

- Cybersecurity, cloud security, or identity and access management (IAM/PAM) industry knowledge and experience - an advantage

- Experience building a product platform for large-scale SaaS operations - an advantage

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - an advantage
