## Job description

We’re looking for a sharp, high-caliber Product Manager to join our early-stage startup following a significant Seed round.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, creativity, and real ownership.

We’re open to different backgrounds, as long as you bring excellence, curiosity, and the ability to think end-to-end about product and users.

### What you’ll do

- Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition to delivery .

- Work closely with engineering, design, and founders to translate complex problems into clear product solutions

- Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics

- Lead discovery efforts: user interviews, data analysis, and validation of assumptions

- Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints

- Take responsibility for product outcomes, not just feature delivery

### Requirements

This position can be a great fit for one of the following profiles:

- A former engineering team lead or senior engineer who transitioned into product and brings at least 3 years of hands-on product experience

- A Product Manager with a non-development background and 3–4 years of B2B product experience

In both cases, we’re looking for someone with strong growth potential, with a clear path to leading a product team in the future.

### What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in B2B products

- Strong product thinking: ability to identify the right problems to solve, not just execute tasks

- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

- High standards, attention to detail, and a drive for excellence

- Creative problem-solver who enjoys ambiguity and complex domains

- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority

### Nice to have

- Technical background or experience working very closely with engineering teams

- Experience in early-stage startups

- Experience owning products with real customer impact
