## Job description

📍 Location: UK or Netherlands
🛠️ Remit: Website discovery, gift building, A/B testing, AI-forward squad
🎯 Focus: Discovery, Gift Building, Experimentation, for all Bloom & Wild Group brands
About Product at Bloom & Wild 🌸
Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows.
We care wildly about people and our planet. Which is why we’re so proud to be a certified B Corp™ – committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us.
We’re Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer flower business (Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte), and we’re growing into Europe’s #1 gifting destination, with cakes, candles, hampers and more. Our Product team works in 7 squads, in fortnightly sprints towards quarterly OKRs.

**Live in Bloomon’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
