### What makes you a great fit

- At least 2–4 years of directly relevant, hands-on experience in programmatic operations, yield/monetization, or technical Ad Operations, with a proven record of independently owning live activity.

- Strong practical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, SSP/DSP integrations, RTB mechanics, deal execution, and web/in-app video or display monetization.

- Demonstrated experience setting up and troubleshooting programmatic connections, PMP/deal configurations, and bid/delivery discrepancies.

- Advanced analytical proficiency: confident interpreting large performance datasets, isolating root causes, and translating CPM/RPM, fill, win-rate, and bidstream trends into measurable improvements.

- Working knowledge of core ad-tech standards and traffic quality concepts, such as OpenRTB, VAST, ads.txt, sellers.json, and IVT.

- Excellent organizational skills, ownership, and ability to prioritize and resolve multiple issues independently in a remote working environment.

- Fluent written and spoken English, with experience communicating directly and professionally with international technical and commercial partners.

### Your day-to-day in this position

- Own daily programmatic operations across all inventory segments, ensuring stable delivery, performance, and partner execution.

- Independently configure, launch, and optimize partner integrations, inventory setups, tags/endpoints, PMPs, and deal IDs as applicable.

- Monitor and improve CPM/RPM, fill rate, bid and win rates, revenue, discrepancies, and other yield and delivery KPIs.

- Troubleshoot - integration, delivery, discrepancy, and IVT/traffic-quality issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and partners.

- Manage operational communications with SSPs, DSPs, publishers, and demand partners, driving testing, optimization, and scalable growth.

- Work closely with Ad Ops and Development to validate technical and operational processes, and push essential improvements.

- Deliver structured performance reporting, root-cause analysis, recommendations, and clear follow-through on operational priorities.
