Sales, Marketing & BD Director – Defense Sector
Ready to lead deals that actually matter?
We’re looking for high-impact Sales, Marketing & BD Directors to drive strategic growth in the defense and government sectors – in Israel and globally.
This is not just another sales role.
This is about leading complex, high-value deals, working with top-tier defense organizations, and shaping real-world impact.

Responsibilities:
* Own and lead end-to-end sales cycles – from opportunity to contract closure
* Build and expand relationships with defense & government stakeholders
* Identify and develop strategic business opportunities
* Lead complex RFI / RFP / RFQ processes
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product & programs

Requirements:
* A Rockstar!!!
* Proven experience in defense sales from major defense companies (5+ years)
* Strong track record of closing large-scale deals ($10M+)
* Well-connected in relevant territories within the defense sector (e.g., Africa, Asia, Europe)
* Deep understanding of military and defense procurement processes
* Hands-on experience with tenders and complex proposals
* Excellent communication skills – Hebrew & English (fluent)
* Additional languages – advantage
* Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills
* Willingness to travel internationally (frequently)
* Background as a former IDF officer / Israeli MoD – advantage
* Technical understanding in EO / RF systems – significant advantage
