## Job description

At Dyflexis, we help millions of employees worldwide with our workforce management software. From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customer questions are diverse, and no two days are the same. You'll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that's growing rapidly in more than 20 countries.

How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics.

Our Focus? Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers. We’re scaling across Europe and into the US, and we need a Senior Backend Engineer who turns complex labour rules into clean, reliable code.

**Live in the employer’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.

We remove it as soon as it disappears at source.
