We’re looking for a senior analytics leader who can turn complex, imperfect data into clear business insights and strategic action. Complex operates across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events, creating a uniquely rich—and often complicated—data environment. Understanding how these businesses work individually, and how they intersect, is a core part of the opportunity. The right person will embrace that complexity, quickly identify what matters, and help leadership make better decisions across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can move fluidly between high-level business questions and detailed analysis. You will partner directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve important business problems, and determine where data can have the greatest impact. You will be expected to use AI and emerging analytics tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work, explore new questions, and move from question to insight to action faster. The goal isn't to build more dashboards. The goal is to help Complex make better decisions and drive better business outcomes. This role will be on-site 5 days a week at our NYC office or our Los Angeles, CA office.
