Explore your future career 🔭As Malt accelerates its international expansion, you will drive the engineering transformation required to support complex, top-down Enterprise capabilities. In this role, you will take full ownership of the delivery, technical efficiency, and growth of 1–2 high-impact product squads (8–10 engineers). You will shape system architecture strategy—leading core decoupling initiatives—while elevating delivery standards and empowering your team to scale.
