Our platform dynamically orchestrates clusters, predicts workload bottlenecks, scales resources in real time, and auto-heals infrastructure anomalies for data-intensive & AI workloads—with zero human intervention. Operating in live production across global enterprise customers, Zipher delivers mission-critical resilience, sub-second optimization, and true zero-touch infrastructure. ### Why Join Us - Scale-Up Velocity, Core Team Ownership: Backed by top-tier VCs, scaling fast, and powering Fortune 500 & enterprise production environments, we combine scale-up stability with the architecture ownership, high-velocity iteration, and meaningful equity upside of an early-stage core engineering team. - Elite Engineering Culture: Founded by veterans of elite IDF tech units and distributed systems leaders, we tackle deep infrastructure challenges in AI & cloud architecture. You will have full technical agency to shape what the company becomes from the ground up. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead, design, and architect our production-grade enterprise web application and SaaS platform end-to-end. - Drive core system architecture and technology decisions, building scalable, low-latency APIs and intuitive frontend control planes. - Build high-performance, real-time visual interfaces and explainability tools that allow enterprise engineering leaders to monitor and control autonomous cloud systems. - Take complete end-to-end ownership across the entire lifecycle: from concept and design to implementation, testing, CI/CD deployment, and production monitoring. - Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and distributed systems engineers to ship complex, mission-critical platform features. ### What We Offer - Top-of-Market Compensation: Highly competitive base salary benchmarking top-tier senior engineering talent in Israel. - Significant Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity grants positioned above market standard. - Pure Technical Impact: High agency, zero bureaucracy, and direct influence over the core product and architecture. Ready to build the frontend and control plane for autonomous AI infrastructure? Hit Apply. ### Requirements ### Requirements - 4+ years of dedicated Full Stack Engineering experience building robust, production-grade web applications. - 2+ years of hands-on production expertise with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, ECR, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge). - Strong production mastery of Python (FastAPI) on the backend and React on the frontend. - Proven track record of developing and scaling enterprise SaaS web applications. - Maker mentality with strong product intuition, high agency, and a passion for engineering craftsmanship. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing real-time, event-driven, or high-throughput cloud architectures. - Exposure to modern frontend state management, TypeScript, and micro-frontends/modern component architectures. - Background in cloud infrastructure, observability/telemetry dashboards, or developer-facing platforms. - Prior service as a Software/Full Stack Developer in an elite IDF technology unit (e.g., 8200, Mamram, Ofek, Matzpen). **Live in Zipher’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role. We remove it as soon as it disappears at source. ## More jobs like this - SY [Senior Full Stack Engineer](https://gurify.com/job/senior-full-stack-engineer-at-sygnia-558c6e9487ab) Sygnia · Tel Aviv, Israel · 2 weeks ago - VE [Data Lead- Full-Stack Data Engineer](https://gurify.com/job/data-lead-full-stack-data-engineer-at-venncity-02ec7b8acca3) Venncity · Tel Aviv District, Israel · 3 weeks ago - SH [Full Stack Developer – Frontend Focus](https://gurify.com/job/full-stack-developer-frontend-focus-at-ship4wd-894fe3ac4bed) Ship4wd · Herzliya, Israel · 3 weeks ago - TE [Popai Health- Full Stack Developer](https://gurify.com/job/popai-health-full-stack-developer-at-team8-9cfad691f89b) Team8 · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel · 3 weeks ago - MA [Senior Full-Stack Developer](https://gurify.com/job/senior-full-stack-developer-at-madlan-860889580e8b) Madlan · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel · last week - GU [Full stack developer](https://gurify.com/job/full-stack-developer-at-guideline-6884f6798008) Guideline · Bnei Brak, Israel · 4 weeks ago ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org/","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Senior Full Stack Engineer","description":"\u003Cp\u003EZipher is pioneering the Autonomous Execution Layer for Cloud Data \u0026amp; AI Workloads.
