## Job description

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Senior Legal Officer specialist to join one of our clients' teams. ### Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements

- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on business operations

- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents

- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across different jurisdictions

- Work with external legal counsel when required

- Support corporate governance and internal policy development

- Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
