### About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational and facilities management of the ROOMS network.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Regional Operations Managers and the company's Handyman team.

- Provide operational support for cross-site issues and serve as the professional point of contact for site teams.

- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers while ensuring high-quality execution and service standards.

- Conduct routine operational audits across all ROOMS locations.

- Oversee company inventory, furniture, equipment, and logistics between locations.

- Lead operational projects, including site upgrades, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.

- Support and oversee the launch of new ROOMS locations.

- Build, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and cross-functional workflows.

- Work closely with senior management, Site Managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams across the organization.

### Requirements

- At least 4 years of experience in Operations Management – required.

- At least 2 years of people management experience – required.

- Experience managing maintenance teams, handymen, or operational staff – a significant advantage.

- Experience in the real estate industry – an advantage.

- Technical understanding and experience in facilities management and building maintenance.

- Strong technological orientation, including experience working with Excel and ticketing/work order management systems.

- Proven ability to manage vendors and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders – required.

- Strong process improvement skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

- Willingness to travel regularly between ROOMS locations across Israel.

- Valid driver's license – required.
