Paid Rotation: We offer standby fees + overtime pay. Delayed Start: No on-call duties for your first 6 months. Rest & Recovery: Guaranteed rest periods and flexible hours following night incidents. Shared Load: Rotations are split (Weekdays vs. Weekends) to minimize fatigue.
