We’re seeking a highly motivated, Senior Product Designer to play a key role in designing, exploring, and continually delivering innovative solutions and experiences. Impact.” culture by delivering meaningful product and customer impact. ### How You’ll Succeed Here: - 8+ years of experience designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS. - Strong skills in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping. - Experience creating clear, intuitive, and user-friendly designs. - A highly creative and self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to simplify complex challenges into elegant solutions. - Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Proficiency with Figma and other design tools. - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities. - High level of written and verbal English. - Portfolio showcasing recent relevant work. - Degree in a related field (Design, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive / Applied Psychology)- an advantage. ### What makes the Product Design department at Gong unique?
