Do you possess commercial acumen and a passion for crypto and technology? Join our team as a Senior Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping Elliptic’s future. In this role, you will own, drive and evolve the vision for our Real-time Risk solutions, building capabilities that detect financial crime risks instantly and empower customers to act on emerging threats as they unfold. You will deeply immerse yourself in our technology, the blockchain analytics and forensics ecosystem, and collaborate closely with our customers, who include some of the most remarkable and influential names in the crypto industry, financial services, and government agencies. Your ability to understand and anticipate market needs will be crucial in driving the ideation, design, and development of impactful capabilities. ### What you will do - Design and deliver scalable, real-time, and programmatic solutions to detect compliance risks and alert customers to activity beyond their defined risk thresholds, leveraging Elliptic’s industry-leading risk screening capabilities. - Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to break down complex analytics challenges, prioritize technical trade-offs, and deliver scalable solutions that meet customer needs. - Develop an intimate knowledge of all Elliptic's products, datasets, the blockchain analytics ecosystem, and our customers to serve as an ambassador with both internal and external audiences. - Work closely with customers and prospective customers to understand their objectives, problems, and opportunity spaces. - Craft and maintain a product roadmap and become Elliptic's subject matter expert for anything related to your product area, Real-time Risk. - Partner with Marketing to plan go-to-market strategies and support our Sales and Customer teams during key meetings. - Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, leveraging analytics and usage insights to continuously refine features, enhance user value, and drive product iteration. ### You’ll be great here if you: - Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a burning desire to grow Elliptic and help us succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. - Are highly curious about technology and crypto, and enthusiastic about spending time with our customers, prospects, and partners. - Possess strong communication skills, capable of making technically complex concepts digestible and tuned to audiences with varying degrees of understanding. - Are technically minded and enjoy delving into the nitty-gritty aspects of our data and technology. ### Our ideal candidate has: - Experience working in a highly technical product role, dealing with large datasets and/or complex engineering systems. - Prior knowledge about crypto assets and blockchain infrastructure. - 5+ years of Product experience. - Bonus point for candidates with prior blockchain analytics or intelligence experience within the public or private sector. ### JOB BENEFITS > How we work: - Hybrid working and the option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year - £500 Remote working budget to set up your home office space > Learning & Development: - $1,000 Learning & Development budget to use on anything (agreed with your manager) that contributes to your growth and development > Vacation/ Leave: - Holidays: 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays - An extra day for your birthday - Enhanced parental leave: we provide eligible employees, regardless of gender or whether they become a parent by birth or adoption, 16 weeks fully-paid leave and leave. > Benefits: - Private Health Insurance - we use Bupa! - Full access to Spill Mental Health Support - Life Assurance: we hope you will never need this - but our cover is for 4 times your salary to your beneficiaries - Cycle to Work Scheme **Live in Elliptic’s hiring system.** Read from the company's own applicant tracking system, not reposted from a job board — so it's a real, open requisition rather than an ad that outlived the role.
