You'll collaborate daily with Engineering and Design, and work closely with our Fulfillment, Growth and Customer Success teams to ensure the fulfillment experience and eventually merchant experience reflects the needs of the brands we work with. You'll report into the Head of Product and play a key role in shaping how merchants onboard, operate, and grow with Hive. ### Your Key Responsibilities: - Own the roadmap for our fulfillment-facing platform: covering integrations, operational tooling, onboarding, analytics and drive it from strategy through to execution. - Partner with fulfillment and operations teams to identify friction points and translate their needs into product improvements that scale. - Define success metrics for your area and track them relentlessly: from activation to adoption and eventually merchant satisfaction. - Work closely with our Customer Support team to identify recurring merchant pain points and turn them into a continuous feedback loop that drives product improvements. - Drive innovation in product and features that aid innovation and efficiency in FCs. ### Your Profile ### We are looking for someone who: - Experience: 5+ years work experience, 3+ years in product management, with a background in end customer facing products. B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms is a nice to have. - Mindset: You're comfortable with ambiguity, have a bias for action, operate from a customer first mindset and can make good decisions without waiting for perfect information, you bring structure where there isn't any. - Hard Skills: Translating data and user feedback to product features, roadmap ownership, data-driven prioritization, working with APIs and integrations, defining and tracking product metrics. - Soft Skills: Strong communicator who can rally multiple stakeholders around a shared direction; customer empathy; can give and receive direct feedback. - Languages: English fluent ### Our offering - Build something that matters: Hive is redefining commerce operations in a €200B+ market.
