## Job description

### Senior Product Manager

We're building AI-native B2B products that live at the intersection of voice, agents, and speaking avatars. This technology changes how humans & machines interact with the goal of getting better business results. We're looking for a senior product manager that is passionate about understanding customer pain-points, values the need for product discovery, humble, always curious and an AI builder in nature.

Why keep reading? If you love talking to customers to identify pain-points, researching trends & competition, & translating all that into product solutions. If you enjoy writing prompts, running evals, working directly with model suppliers, and pushing code. If your second nature is using tools like Claude Code and Cursor not only for demos, but to build prototypes & also shipping features. If you are an owner of the product end-to-end: from discovery, prototyping, customer feedback, iterations & optimization.

What you'll do

- Build AI products hands-on: Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to prototype, iterate, and contribute code (PRs) to the product. You'll work with prompts, LangChain, evals, and model suppliers to shape features that ship.

- Ship and iterate with customers: Launch features to real B2B customers, meet with them to gather feedback, and use data to drive the next iteration. You own the loop from build to feedback to improvement.

- Collaborate across the product team: Work alongside other product managers focused on text-to-speech, voice agents, and avatar products. Share context, solve problems together, and help shape the product direction.

- Navigate ambiguity: Work in a fast-moving environment where the right answer isn't always clear. You'll make calls, test hypotheses, and learn quickly from what works and what doesn't.

### Requirements

### Must-haves

- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B product companies—you understand how businesses buy, adopt, and get value from software.

- AI-native product experience: You've built products where AI is core, not a feature. You're fluent in prompts, LangChain, evals, model suppliers, and the iteration cycles that come with working on AI products. You understand how AI products behave differently and how to manage that uncertainty.

- Builder profile: You have a portfolio of things you've built. You live in tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. You've contributed code to a development environment—whether that's PRs, prototypes, or shipped features. You're comfortable in the space between product and engineering.

- Shipped products to customers: You've taken products from concept to launch, met with customers, gathered feedback, and iterated based on what you learned. You've seen the full cycle, not just the planning phase.

- Collaborative and curious: You work well with engineers, designers, and other PMs. You ask questions, listen, and bring people along. You're not the loudest voice in the room, but you're one of the most thoughtful.

### Nice-to-haves

- Built voice applications (Alexa Skills or similar) or worked with text-to-speech, voice agents, speaking avatars, or agent definitions.

- Created dashboards, tools, or artifacts using Claude Code or similar beyond simple demos—things that solved real problems.

- Shipped multiple products across different companies, with experience in both zero-to-one and growth-stage environments.
