## Job description

A winning ad could change the trajectory of a mobile game. The only way to consistently find winners is to explore more, faster, and smarter than anyone else. Sett builds agentic AI systems that take over the full creative loop to find winners. Automated, and done better than humans only.

We’re building a client-facing platform where game studios work directly with our AI Agents. This is a customer-facing, zero-to-one product role. You'll spend real time with clients, own adoption as your core metric, and hold a high bar for craft - this product competes with Slack for busy people's attention, and it only wins by being genuinely better.

### Responsibilities

- Own the roadmap and vision for our client platform

- Work daily with a dedicated product squad that values speed, honesty, and winning

- Talk to clients constantly - run discovery and design-partner loops, watch real usage, and turn what you learn into product decisions

- Own adoption, engagement and retention - success means studios moving their creative workflow from internal tools and Slack into the product

- Define how AI behaves inside a customer-facing product - turn vague requests into clear production instructions, and own how that conversation feels

### Requirements

### You are someone who:

- Is AI-native. You use AI tools in your daily work. You understand evals and can convey product taste through data. You follow model releases like others follow sports.

- Has real product craft. You care how things feel, not just what they do. You'd rather build a prototype than write a long document, and you can tell the difference between a product that works and one people love.

- Learns from customers. You'd rather watch one client use the product than read ten dashboards. Client calls give you energy, and you come back from them with sharper decisions, not just notes.

- Ships fast. You make decisions at 70% certainty. You'd rather learn from a wrong decision than wait for perfect information. You're allergic to process theater.

- Leads with substance. Sharp thinking, clear communication, no bullshit. You can walk into a room of smart people and earn their respect through the quality of your ideas.

- Curious and direct. You dig deep, ask hard questions, and say "I don't know" when you don't.

### Requirements:

- 5+ years in product management roles

- Experience shipping customer-facing B2B products - you've owned a product real clients log into

- Experience shipping LLM/Agentic based products

- Zero-to-one experience - you've taken a product from first users to real adoption

- Strong design partnership - you've worked closely with designers and hold a high bar for UX

- Strong analytical skills - comfortable defining and owning adoption and retention metrics

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English - you'll talk to clients directly

- Mobile gaming or user acquisition background - Strong Advantage

- Ran design partnerships - Strong Advantage

- You actually play games - Advantage
